Enroll to the postgraduate studies entitled Safety and Risk Management in Healthcare.
The classes begin in October 2017.
Studies are designed for managers of healthcare institutions, nurses and doctors, legal counsellors, insurance workers and other healthcare associated professionals.
Completion of the full 2-semester studies is awarded 40 ECTS points.
The aim of the studies is to teach practical skills and interdisciplinary knowledge on quality management, safety of healthcare procedures, crucial elements of medical law, organization and management of healthcare and risk management in medicine. Experts in the field will share the knowledge on accreditation and validation procedures, internal control and various analytical methods. All of these will enable to evaluate and manage different subjects and programmes on healthcare quality and safety.
Teaching staff is composed of experts and practitioners in their field. Polish Association of Insurance Medicine and Association of Healthcare Hygiene are the co-organisers of the studies.
The studies are worth the interest due to the high importance of monitoring and preventive measures. Good quality and risk management proves to be crucial for safe and effective healthcare.
